Returns & Exchanges

You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it. We’ll make sure the purchase amount is refunded to your bank account within five business days after we’ve received your return.

Please note: Items must be unworn and in their original condition to be eligible for a return.

Easy Returns in 3 Simple Steps:

Step 1: Fill in the return form
Download the return form [here] and complete it fully.

Step 2: Send your items back
Ship the items together with the completed return form to the address listed on the form. Please make sure your package includes a Track & Trace code – as the sender, you are responsible for the shipment, and we want to avoid any misunderstandings.

Step 3: Receive your refund
Once we’ve received your return, we’ll process your refund within five business days and transfer the amount back to your bank account.
